30-Day Return Policy
At Noswele Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at sales@nosweleexpress.co.za
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization number (RAN)
- Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
